Below is the check-out schedule. Each class gets one organized check-out a week. Students are also able to check-out before and after school as I am available in the Library. Students are not allowed to check-out if they have overdue books. Please see the home page for our Check-out Policy.

End of a Chapter...
It is with sadness that I post that this is the end of a chapter in the story of the Harritt Elementary Library Media Webage. Due to budget cuts in the district the position of Library Media Technology Teacher no longer exists. The library at Harritt will remain open and staffed with the help of an instructional assistant and volunteers. However, there will no longer be instruction in literacy skills or library skills as well as technology instruction from a certified librarian. This blog will remain open as a symbol of what was once taught at Harritt and what has been lost due to lack of funding for education.
